No one knows what they’re doing, not even a voucher offered for a dessert or drink in their restaurant. I should have been given a credit back to my gift card or a new gift card but instead, I am still waiting for a reimbursement of $272.19,! After over an hour with customer service in Dallas, who told me it was a fraud control problem, another 15 min with the store and a promise of a call back, I went to the store and another hour and still don’t even have my money. Then, I ordered shoes online with a gift card. On Easter I went to wear it and the sensor had not been removed!! No wonder, I had to listen to the saleswoman telling me of her post-oartumdrpression and how she had to hurry to the longe to express her breast milk!!! Two months ago I bought a very expensive handbag fo wear on Easter Sunday. Customer service non existent, poorly trained staff and no such thing as an executive office.
